Is XLent free to use?
Yes - the app is free for both customers and workers in our MVP launch. We don't take a commission on jobs.
Which cities are you live in?
We're rolling out across Ghana, starting with Accra, Kumasi, and Tema. New cities are added as our verified workforce grows.
How do you verify workers?
Every worker submits identity documents (Ghana Card or passport) and selfie verification. Providers add business documents. Our admin team reviews each submission.
Do I need an account to browse jobs?
No. You can browse and search jobs right here on the website without an account. To apply, you'll need to download the app and create a profile.
How do I report a problem?
