This Privacy Policy describes how XLent Choice ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the XLent mobile app or website.

1. Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, contact details (email, phone), and identity verification documents required by Ghanaian law.

• Account details: name, email, phone number.
• Verification: Ghana Card or passport, selfie, business documents (providers only).
• Usage: jobs posted, applications, messages, reviews.
• Device: app version, OS, push token (if enabled).

2. How we use it

We use the information to verify your identity, match you with relevant jobs or workers, send important notifications, and improve the platform.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share limited information only when required to operate the platform (e.g. showing your name to a job provider you applied to) or to comply with the law.

4. Data retention

We retain account data for the lifetime of your account. When you delete your account, we soft-delete it for 30 days (recovery window), after which we anonymise or remove personal data subject to legal obligations.

5. Your rights

• Request a copy of your data ("GDPR export") via the app or by emailing us.
• Correct inaccurate information at any time from your profile.
• Delete your account from the app's settings page.
