• Bypass identity verification or platform fees.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

4. Jobs and payments

XLent Choice connects customers with workers but is not a party to any agreement between them. Pricing, scope, and payment terms are negotiated directly between the two parties.

5. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may moderate or remove reviews that violate our community guidelines.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including bans on reviewers who manipulate ratings.

7. Limitation of liability

XLent Choice is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the quality of work performed by users you hire, or the accuracy of every profile. Verify, communicate, and use your judgement.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
